Here are the student directions to update email in the student’s College Board Student Account – these are also include in the attached PDF update which you are welcome to share.
Once in the Student Account, students can change the address to which they would like their AP Exam information directed:
- Begin by clicking on the student profile at the top right-hand corner of the page
- Go to Account Settings
- Scroll down to verify information and confirm that the email address shown is the one to which they would like to receive the e-ticket to take their AP Exams. If it's not the correct email, they can update it to an email they check regularly by clicking Update.
- Students Should NOT Use a School-Generated email address.

Good afternoon,
The National Spanish Exam (NSE) is scheduled next week. We need to plan a section by Class Period using Zoom to take it. You need to have access to the internet from your computer, check your audio and connections no cell phones or any other electronic devices are allowed. The time frame for the test is 90 minutes+. If you have any other Zoom meetings during this time, please contact your teacher and ask to be excused.
This is the schedule I have established. Starting next week.

from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Period 2 AP. Spanish Tuesday April 14
from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Period 3 Spanish 1 Wednesday April 15
from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Period 5 Spanish 1 Thursday April 16
from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
Period 6 Spanish 2 Friday April 13
from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

- Log in the zoom account 10 minutes before 8 am.

- You can’t chat or disable video while taking the test, also turn off your cell phone and put it away.
- You need access to: https:// www.quia.com/web. Go to the right side of the page and click enter in the students Icon. Enter your USERNAME and PASSWORD.
- I will send your USERNAME and PASSWORD to your e-mail between 7:45 am to 8:00 am
- To start your exam, wait for my instructions Via Zoom, I will provide the Secret word for each session of the test; we will have a secret word for Proficiency and for Achievement.
- Once you start a test you can’t go back.
